• Can I reserve a storage bay?
  If you have determined the size you need, we will hold a space for you for two weeks in advance of your move-in date free of charge.

• What size storage bay will I need?
  Call Sue on 02 4352 1400 who with her years of experience will be able to provide advice suitable for your requirements. Alternatively, just drop into the Office during Office Hours and review the options yourself!

• How do I get my things into storage?
  We can assist you in getting your possessions into storage by providing you without courtesy Ute and box trailer, or we can recommend reliable removalists.

• Hours of Operation
  Facility Access is granted according to time restrictions required. Access times can be set when you first move in, or as required during your time with us.
  
  Office Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
